Description: 

  • You will deploy and maintain a network of Repair Center in several countries and you will be responsible with the Head of supply Chain operations to coordinate the actions of those units and benchmark the best practices. Each time it’s possible you will have to take advantage of the economy of scales and opportunities related;
  • You will implement, analyse, and maintain the KPIs in the different repair centres and you will be responsible for reaching the target to assess the efficiency of the repair centres;

  • Define Product Failure;
  • Classify product failure rates (Mechanical, Electrical, User fault, Tampering etc);
  • Work with the quality team in China to set clear Warranty terms with Suppliers and process to Claim warranty;
  • Report product Failure rate analysis monthly for all NGUs under SCaaS.;
  • Work with the data insight team to develop and maintain the failure rate dashboard;
  • Assist with the forecast of needed spares for each repair centre;
  • Compare failure rates in different NGUs and understand what influences the variance;
  • Work with the devices team to set acceptable failure rates and lifetime of products per year, set SLAs and ensure they are respected;
  • Assess the cost of repair per product based on failure rates and determine when it makes sense to repair a product;
  • Provide feedback to the QC team and Suppliers for continuous improvement of products.
