Organizer: African Energy
Description: Kenya is unusually well-placed to exploit the energy transition, being endowed with very substantial solar, wind and geothermal resources. These have moved to centre-stage in the Ruto administration's plans to accelerate industrial growth, in parallel with strengthening the electricity supply industry. But it is not plain sailing, as Nairobi confronts debt, governance and other issues.
This online roundtable will be chaired by African Energy founder Jon Marks, with contributions from invited guests.
