Description: The final edition of the “Energy Transition Heroes” series, organised by IRENA and Enel Foundation, aims at setting the future agenda for youth engagement in the fight against climate change through a renewables-based energy transition. Young leaders from across the globe will come together to elaborate on the lessons learned from Pre-COP and COP26 and the role of youth in global climate actions.
This webinar discusses the next steps for youth leaders to implement the outcome of COP26 and to actively engage in the energy transition for a sustainable future, in order to set the future agenda to boost the fight against climate change. Thus, this Youth Talk will be dedicated to the overarching theme “Energy Transition to Boost the Fight Against Climate Change: Setting the Future Agenda”.
The IRENA Youth Talk will be conducted in English with simultaneous interpretation in Arabic, French and Spanish.
