Description: ALER (Lusophone Renewable Energy Association) and AMER (Mozambican Renewable Energy Association), with the support of GET.invest Mozambique - funded by the European Union and Germany, and part of the European programme GET.invest,are organising the "Renewables for Self-consumption in Mozambique" conference on 30th November 2021.
The goal of the event is to present the self-consumption market potential in Mozambique, in particular in the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) sector, characterize its demand and give voice to its clients, while also raising awareness about the potential of renewable energies to tackle consumers’ energy needs.
The programme is divided into four panels. In the morning, the regulatory framework and the advantages and benefits of renewable’s self-consumption projects will be discussed, and in the afternoon relevant case studies and the topic of financing these projects will be presented.
