Description: Under the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development's Energy Facility to promote the development of renewable energies, Burkina Faso and its private partners have received financing from this institution and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments for Rural Electrification by Decentralized Photovoltaic Systems Project for 42 localities.
The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) under the coordination of the Burkinabe Rural Electrification Agency (ABER) plans to use part of the granted funds to finance the acquisition of equipment for the realization of HTA and BT electrical networks in the concerned localities.
