Description: Under the framework of the CIZO program and the implementation of the electrification strategy of the Togolese State, the Agence Togolaise d’Electrification Rurale et des Energies Renouvelables (AT2ER) is inviting interested candidates to present finance and technical proposition for the service of distributing individual solar kits for off-grid electrification. The selected private operator will be in charge of the supply, installation and maintenance of the solar kits under PAYGO business mode and will have a license contract with the Togolese State.
