Description: IFC seeks to develop a spreadsheet model for the SAPP region to cover the electricity supply-demand at level of detail consistent with typical generation expansion planning models (including peak and minimum demand); Also, transmission capacity adequacy should be assessed for both national and cross-border lines. Initially only SAPP countries will be included but the model will be designed to link to neighboring pools or add countries.
