Description: The Government of the Republic of Ghana has received financing from the African Development Bank in the form of a loan toward the cost of Electricity Distribution System Reinforcement and Extension Project (EDSREP). The GEDAP Secretariat of the Ministry of Energy, an implementing agency, intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this loan to eligible payments under the contract for the consultant services for the development of the framework for the establishment and operationalization of the Renewable Energy Authority.
