Description: The ECOWAS Centre Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in the framework of a collaboration on “From policy to investment with a special focus on access to sustainable electricity services” and in line with the objectives of the West African Clean Energy Corridor (WACEC) Initiative, are launching a Call for Proposal to recruit a consultant/consultant firm to undertake the assignment with the aim to address the constraints and challenges affecting successful competitive tendering (bidding) procurement processes for renewable energy in order to promote and put in place a region wide framework for bulk procurement of utility scale solar PV projects in the ECOWAS region.
