Description: The Government of Angola has applied for financing from the African Development Bank(AfDB)toward the cost of the Energy Sector Efficiency and Expansion Programme Phase I (ESEEP-I),and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this loan,to payments under the contract with an Owners Engineer for the construction of the Huambo-Lubango 400kV transmission line and associated substations.Disbursement in respect of any Contract signed, will be subject to approval of the financing by the Bank".
