Description: In March 2017, the European Union publicly announced a grant to the Government of Mozambique through the French Development Agency (AFD) for the implementation of the PROLER program. The goal is to achieve a significant reduction on CO2 emissions, while supporting the growth of electricity demand. The expected results of PROLER program is to develop three solar photovoltaic projects and one wind project with a unit capacity of approximately 40MWp.
