Description: The contract aims to assess the potential of biomass in Côte d'Ivoire for its use in electricity generation. It will be to analyze the heating potentials, to select resource deposits, to identify potential sites while paying attention to logistics and resource market analysis considerations, to produce a brief technical description of the power plants, economic and financial studies, as well as summary environmental and social studies, with a view to the selection of independent electricity producers (IPPs). The legal and financial services relating to the preparation of the Energy Purchase Contracts are covered by another service contract, coordinating the technical studies in the various categories of renewable energies (tender documents and submission in French).
