Description: The purpose of the contract is to produce pre-feasibility / feasibility studies for photovoltaic power plants that will be carried out by independent power producers (IPPs) after appropriate consultation. The mission includes site selection, environmental and social studies, technical feasibility studies, economic and financial studies and support for the completion of tender documents. The legal and financial services relating to the preparation of the Energy Purchase Contracts are covered by another service contract, coordinating the technical studies in the various categories of renewable energies (tender documents and submission in French).
