Description: The proposed consultancy service (“the Services”) encompasses the preparation of a GIS database of relevant layers and a geospatial least-cost electrification options analysis for use by MINAGRIF to inform its rural infrastructure rehabilitation planning. The services will be performed for 9 months in the identified areas in the counties where the project will be implemented.
