Description: The Grants Administrator will facilitate the applications, screen applicants against eligibility criteria for pre-qualification, request and review reports of grantees, assist with the contracting of grantees, prepare disbursement forecasts and disbursement instructions for the PMU and generally administer the grants. The Grants Administrator will report to the REA-PMU.
