Description: As part of the new Solar Risk Mitigation Initiative and its objective to increase transparence and reduce costs, an e-tendering platform will be made available for countries wishing to develop solar auctions. The World Bank is looking for a consultancy firm or a consortium of firms (the Consultant) to (i) develop the structure of the Platform, (ii) build the protected website, (iii) pilot it in two countries and (iv) adapt the Platform based on the lessons learnt and needs of the pilot countries.
