Description: The Government of the Republic of Zambia has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Itezhi Tezhi hydro power project, and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this loan to payments under the contract for the Zambia Independent Power Producers Review.
The services included under this project are to conduct a financial, technical and legal review of the existing PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements) signed between the Power Utility Company ZESCO Ltd and IPPs (Independent Power Producers).
