Description: The Republic of Mozambique and the Republic of Malawi have received financing from the World Bank administered Norwegian Trust Fund, the World Bank, the European Union, and German Financial Cooperation through KfW toward the cost of the Mozambique - Malawi Regional Interconnector Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the Contract for: Design, Supply & Installation of the Matambo 400 kV Substitution in Mozambique, extension of the existing Matambo 220 kV Substation and Relocation, diversion of the national road N301 - approximate length of 4.5 km.
