Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning & Handing Over of a new 400 kV Overhead Transmission Line including OPGW from Matambo 400 kV Substation in Tete, Mozambique, to Phombeya 400 kV Substation in Balaka, Malawi including the extension of Phombeya 400 kV Substation.
