Description: The Government of Rwanda has received a loan from the African Development Fund (ADF) towards the cost of Regional Rusumo Falls Hydropower Project: Transmission Line Component and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for Design, Supply and Installation of 220/110/30kV, 75/93.8 MVA, ONAN/ONAF Autotransformer and Control and Protection Equipment for Bugesera Substation.
