Description: This Invitation for Prequalification (IFP) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for this Project that appeared in United Nations Development Business online (UNDB online) No. RNT-ESEEP/W/01/2019 of 17th of March 2020, and on the African Development Bank’s Internet Website (www.afdb.org).
The Government of Angola has received a loan from the African Development Bank ADB toward the cost of the Energy Sector Efficiency and Expansion Program, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for construction of approximately 400 km Transmission Line and a new 400/220/60 kV-2 x 450 MVA substation at Lubangoand the upgrading of an existential substation in Huamboand installation of control centre SCADA system.
