Description: The Republic of Guinea-Bissau requested and obtained funds from the West African Development Bank (BOAD) to finance the construction of a 20 MW photovoltaic power plant near Bissau and two 1 MW mini-plants in Gabu and Cachungo. The African Biofuel and Renewable Energy Company (SABER-ABREC) on behalf of the Government of Guinea-Bissau requests the submission of proposals by eligible candidates who meet the requirements. Mandatory site visit: 13th to 15th March, 2019. Submission in French.
