Entitled "Underlying Issues of Electricity Access in Togo", this research conducted by Carpophore Ntagungira, AfDB Principal Country Economist, draws up a status report on the production and consumption of electricity in Togo and provides recommendations for the sector to become more competitive and more inclusive.
