Description: CrossBoundary Energy is recruiting a full-time attorney to support its legal operations for a major energy project in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The successful candidate will work closely with senior counsel and the project team to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, manage corporate governance matters, and support the structuring and negotiation of project documentation.
This role will involve direct engagement with government entities, local counsel, and internal teams to navigate complex corporate and regulatory environments to ensure the legal integrity of CBE’s operations in the DRC.
