Description:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to minimize credit risk, including redefining sales processes to ensure a repayment focus whilst not hindering growth;
- Credit risk analytical & policy management;
- Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders (sales, logistics, customer experience etc.);
- Drive Company Credit performance through KPIs and supporting metrics, and develop adequate portfolio risk reports;
- Customer Value Management and in-life customer cycle management;
- Manage field & office based repayment force: drive teams efficiency and productivity;
- Other duties as assigned.
