Description: The Product Analyst Value Added Service (VAS) will be responsible for analyzing new VAS ideas and collaborating with internal (e.g. Product Innovation team members and Product Owners) and external stakeholders (e.g. third-party software and hardware suppliers) to design, develop, test and implement new value-added product offerings. The focus of this role will be on defining requirements for developing a new customer app or integrating third-party software for VAS into the Bboxx Pulse platform. This will involve working with POs to review customer journey processes and create stories and epics for development of new features in Pulse.
The Value-Added Services (VAS) team has the mission to unlock potential for underserved communities around the world through provision of products and services which do not provide access to energy like the Bboxx core offering of solar home systems and clean cooking solutions. These VAS currently include PAYG smartphones, cash loans and micro-insurance. The VAS team aims to leverage the existing infrastructure, such as the Bboxx software platform and distribution network, but also to integrate a wide range of new, third-party products into the “Bboxx Marketplace” to improve customers’ overall well-being.
