Description: Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, the role holder will oversee BBOXX’s sales agent network administration for Nigeria/Assigned region liaising with the respective sales team (RAMS, RS) for attainment of the set targets.
The Role definition includes the implementation of the Sales and Agency Network Strategy at Country/region level by collaborating with various Sales Teams in Nigeria including but not limited to; BBOXX Sales and Marketing Department, Call Center, HR and Nigeria Retail Sales, to ensure Sales and Sales Agent Business meets BBOXX’s requirements in terms of numbers achieved and quality.
