Description: The Bboxx IT Support Manager is responsible for three key areas within Bboxx’s growing global business:
- The role is responsible for the first line support of the Bboxx Pulse platform, our system used to manage 100’s of thousands of customers/payments and devices across multiple countries in Africa. This role involves managing a global team of 10+ people based in three locations (London - UK, Kigali – Rwanda, Manilla – Philippines) to provide first line support to over 10,000 active users (in 15+ countries), handling requests and responding to tickets in a timely fashion;
- The role involves leading the creation and documentation of fairly complex business processes in order to develop the support material needed to efficiently run the platform;
- The role also supports our internal IT tools, including but not limited to supporting both desktop devices, network hardware and software. Familiarity with software licencing programmes, device security and network security are all key parts of this role.
