Description: CrossBoundary is recruiting a full-time Director of Energy Policy to lead CBE’s and CBEA’s pan-African energy regulatory engagement strategies. They are seeking a strategic leader to join CrossBoundary’s executive team, design a proactive approach to building their business models through regulatory engagement across East and West Africa, then recruit the team of either full-time staff or consultants to help execute that vision. The Director will design and implement strategic policy interventions to secure their solar business models for the long-term across Africa, shaping the future of distributed energy deployment on the continent.
