Description: After close to four years of operations and extremely rapid growth, Easy Solar is entering a new phase of its development and seeking to recruit a highly qualified and motivated CFO. Based in Freetown, Sierra Leone, the ideal candidate will wbe responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. The CFO should have a very strong financial background, a genuine interest in working for a social enterprise that combines social impact and financial performance, and an exceptional ability to lead, train and motivate a multi-country Finance team. The CFO will be working closely with the CEO, executive team and board of directors to ensure the financial sustainability of the company.
