Description: You will be responsible for leading the inhouse research team and manage all collection, interpretation, and communication of insights that will influence strategic business decisions, quarterly and annual roadmaps, user experience issue resolutions, BBOXX product and communication enhancements across our operations.
You will develop and execute plans, using various tools and methodologies, that will help the Corporate, Product and Capital divisions teams uncover customer behavior trends and guide the business overall strategy with the goal of better serving the customer base and improving the customer experience. You will work closely with members of various functional teams to act as the voice of the customer by making recommendations for customer experience improvement.
