Description:
- You will deploy and maintain a network of Repair Center in several countries and you will be responsible with the Head of supply Chain operations to coordinate the actions of those units and benchmark the best practices. Each time it’s possible you will have to take advantage of the economy of scales and opportunities related;
- You will implement, analyse, and maintain the KPIs in the different repair centres and you will be responsible for reaching the target to assess the efficiency of the repair centres;
- You will also have to suggest the improvements of the tools, rank the potential new features by managing the product backlog and implement the upgrades. You will work closely with the devices team to design the features and validate their activation;
- You will manage all repair centres under SCaaS and ensure the target SLA is achieved.
