Description:
- Define Product Failure;
- Classify product failure rates (Mechanical, Electrical, User fault, Tampering etc);
- Work with the quality team in China to set clear Warranty terms with Suppliers and process to Claim warranty;
- Report product Failure rate analysis monthly for all NGUs under SCaaS.;
- Work with the data insight team to develop and maintain the failure rate dashboard;
- Assist with the forecast of needed spares for each repair centre;
- Compare failure rates in different NGUs and understand what influences the variance;
- Work with the devices team to set acceptable failure rates and lifetime of products per year, set SLAs and ensure they are respected;
- Assess the cost of repair per product based on failure rates and determine when it makes sense to repair a product;
- Provide feedback to the QC team and Suppliers for continuous improvement of products.
