- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales targets, market share goals, and revenue objectives in the assigned territories (Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone), focusing on PV products including modules, inverters, storage systems, and customized PV solutions (on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid systems);
- Lead end-to-end sales activities, including market research, customer development, lead generation, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and order closure, targeting key customer groups such as distributors, installers, EPC contractors, industrial and commercial enterprises, government agencies, and project developers.
