Description: The two-day conference and exhibition by the Electricity Sector Association of Kenya (ESAK) conference and partners originates from the backdrop of the baseline study on C&I conducted by ESAK in 2022 with aim of establishing the installed capacity in Kenya and the sector players.
The event is designed to be a meeting point for technology users, project developers, policy makers, energy utilities in generation, transmission and distribution in the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) sector.
Themed “Accelerating C&I Installations for Sustainability”, the conference will bring together the latest technologies in the C&I space, investment portfolios for financing and benchmark case studies showing best practices on policy and regulations across Africa and how to make the sector investor friendly while promoting a sustainable local growth.
In addition, the conference will show case progress on the demand side of power including the e-mobility sector, green-hydrogen and why integration of renewable energy into the grid is critical to unlocking innovative pathways to meeting the growing demand.
