Description: The High-Level Public-Private Dialogue (HLPPD) will gather private and public stakeholders to discuss policy and regulatory experiences in Africa and the pathway to accelerate private sector investment in sustainable infrastructure development. The dialogue will further discuss on how to advance the electricity sector reform agenda to ensure adequate investment flows towards the sector. The dialogue will also offer the opportunity for RES4Africa and UNECA to present the main findings of their Regulatory Reviews of Electricity Markets in 16 African countries, based on their regulatory openness, attractiveness and readiness (R.O.A.R.) analytical framework.
