Description: The Government of the Republic of Ghana has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Ghana Energy Sector Transformation Initiative Project (GESTIP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for this consulting services.
The main objectives of the consulting services (“the Services”) is to: (i) validate the draft debt/payable matrix, especially the obligations of Government of Ghana to each of the listed entities below; (ii) arbitrate and advice government accordingly where liabilities between parties are in contention; and (iii) advice on a transaction structure to settle intra-sector payables using IOUs.
