Description: The Government of the Republic of Niger has received funding from the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) through a grant from the Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa (SEFA), to cover the cost of the Project for the Creation of a favorable environment for the development of green mini-grids in Niger, and intends to use part of the sums awarded from this financing to make payments under the service contract for carrying out the technical, economic, financial and environmental relating to the Hybridization of the Power Plant of the city of Diffa with isolated fuel (not connected to the national electricity network) of 5 MW through the construction of an associated photovoltaic solar park.
