Description: For the effective management of these mini-grids and others in progress, ANPER asked the Center for Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency of ECOWAS (ECREEE) for support to develop and implement a sustainable solution to the exploitation of these mini-grids. This support consists of: i) assessment of equipment and facilities, ii) assessing the additional demand for electricity from local populations, iii) proposing a solution to meet the additional demand, iv) evaluating possible densification and / or extension low-voltage mini-grids, v) estimate the costs of additional investments, vi), assess the ability / willingness of users to pay.
